If my product arrives in poor condition, how should I proceed?
In case of delivery of a defective or damaged product when receiving the shipment, contact hello@tiziacosmetics.com within 24 hours from the moment in which received the package. You can do it in the section "Contact" of the web.
In any case, the money will not be refunded but the same damaged product will be sent free of charge in addition to a discount code for a 5% discount to use in tiziacosmetics.com ( with expiration) provided that said defective product is validated by the Tizia Cosmetics team.
To be eligible your item must be untampered and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your change we need you to provide us with all the necessary information that the Tizia Cosmetics required to verify it, which may be real images at the time of receipt of the order to verify the defects of said item or more. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Once the information is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
