On July 10th , we at Tizia Cosmetics embarked on a very special trip to Toledo , filled with excitement, pride, and great enthusiasm. The reason? To get an inside look at the place where the products that are transforming the way curly and Afro hair are cared for are born: Valquer Laboratories .

A laboratory with a soul: free of sulfates, silicones, and parabens
For those of you who already know Tizia, you know that our commitment to quality and naturalness goes far beyond a simple label. We chose to work with Valquer Laboratories because they share our vision: to create innovative, effective, and as natural as possible hair care products , caring not only for the hair, but also for people and the environment.
From the beginning, we knew it was the right place to formulate and produce our Curly Cream , a vegan styling cream , free of sulfates, silicones and parabens , designed especially for curly and afro hair.
This is the process: from formula to bottle
During our visit, we were able to see the entire manufacturing process up close, from the initial formulation to the final labeling. Entering the laboratories, meeting the people behind each stage, seeing the ingredients, the quality controls, the machines in operation… it was exciting.
It filled us with pride to see how something we dreamed of, researched, and designed with so much love comes to life in a professional, ethical, and innovative environment .
Networking, inspiration, and a community of professionals
In addition to the technical tour, the day included a very special experience: a networking cocktail where we were able to share space with entrepreneurs, suppliers, laboratories and brands from different parts of Spain.
There, besides proudly representing Tizia , we had the opportunity to chat, learn, connect, and grow alongside people with incredible energy. We also met the family that runs Valquer —a warm, professional family with an admirable track record.
A magical night at Puy du Fou
And as if all this were not enough, the day culminated with a gala dinner and an unforgettable night at Puy du Fou , one of the most impressive historical shows in Europe.
It was the perfect ending to a day that will be etched in Tizia's history: for what we learned, for what we experienced, and for everything that awaits us.
